Our philosophy is based on respecting our collaborators, natural resources, and communities. We believe that our commitment must be constant and genuine to guarantee high-quality products, not just for our own sustainability, but also for being responsible for the environment and our workers.
CAMARSUR CONTRIBUTES
National Association of Aquaculturists of Honduras (ANDAH)
As members of ANDAH (for its abbreviation in spanish) we contribute per pound of exported shrimp. These funds are used for the industry´s investigations and development.
International Regional Sanitary Agriculture and Livestock Farming Organization (OIRSA)
We contribute per pound of shrimp exported to this inter-governmental institution for animal health, vegetable sanitation, quarantine and harmless of foods.
Southern Zone Development Foundation (FUNDESUR)
We contribute per pound of exported shrimp, with the objective of improving quality of life of low-income people in the south region of Honduras, their health care, education and protection of the environment.
Donations during emergencies
We are there when health centers in need of medicine, equipment and supplies, we are also present when schools and churches have infrastructure needs. We contribute to the well-being of people in our surroundings.
We respond to community needs
We are aware of the needs that arise in our surroundings and we respond with donations to our community. We also participate in activities to benefit nature.
Honduran Child Day Celebration
Our company believes that the smile of a child brings happiness to the people around him. A contribution is made for the celebration of the Honduran Child Day, and significant donations of candy, piñatas and cookies are made to low-income communities to celebrate the day with joy.
